A practical introduction to Salesforce Agentforce

Agentforce is Salesforce’s way of putting AI on top of objects you already trust: leads, cases, accounts. It is not a replacement for Administrator skill. Poor sharing rules and messy flows become poor AI experiences.

Start with a narrow use case: case deflection with approved knowledge, or lead qualification with explicit fields. Document the actions the agent is allowed to take.

If you are new to the platform, learn Admin and Flow first. AI features amplify whatever is already in the org.
